How do I search for a product?
Montana Shop Nottingham do not offer a search facility because our paints are always in stock, and can be viewed via the colour swatches system.
Our clothing range is extremely unique in the sense that all our product ranges are limited editions. Meaning that there will be only available for a limited time period.

How do i sign up for the Montana Newsletter?
Montana Shop Nottingham cater for the popular social networks such as Our Own Blog, Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. However we are developing this facility for our official site, and should be available soon.

I have seen a product but it no longer seems to be in stock?
As any regular shop we do occasionally run out of stock, usually only applies to our population paints.Our clothing range are limited, so once these are out of stock they are not usually re-stocked. However we may stock a variation and will offer this as an alternative.

Has my order been shipped out yet?
All orders are usually shipped within 2 days period. If for any unforseen circumstances your order maybe delayed, we shall notify you via email or phone.

Information on our standard delivery service?
We deliver all our stock via courier, and is usually delivered within 2 working days. The courier offer a tracking system, so if you are querying an order please contact us for an update.

How do I return an existing item?
Montana Shop Nottingham inspect all their products before they are shipped out. If a product that we have sold you is defected. Please return the item with proof of purchase and you shall be contacted with a means to rectified the issue with the item. See our shipping and returns section at the bottom left of our site.

How do I book a collection service in the uk?
When purchasing please state that you wish to collect in store, one of our staff shall prepare your order for collection..

Do you have a shop?
We do infact have a shop in the Hockley area of Nottingham.
