As any regular shop we do occasionally run out of stock, but this usually only applies to our most popular paints, which are restocked very quickly.
If we have run out of the colour you have ordered, we will contact you to check whether an alternative is acceptable.
Our clothing ranges are limited, so once these are out of stock they are not usually re-stocked.
However, we may stock a variation and will offer this as an alternative.
All orders are usually shipped within 2 days of order. If due to any unforseen circumstances your order may be delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.
We deliver most of our stock via courier, usually within 2-4 working days. The courier offers a tracking system, so if you are waiting for an order please contact us for an update.
Some smaller items (apart from aerosols and liquids) may be delivered by Royal Mail where this is cheaper for you.
Most delivery services, such as Royal Mail, refuse to handle aerosols or liquids. If your order contains these, we have to use a courier service that has a minimum charge of £7.80 even for small items.
This service is however very good value for larger orders, so you will benefit significantly if you buy several cans rather than just one or two.
It actually costs the same to ship 10 cans of nitro paint as it does to send one. For 60 cans, the shipping price is less than 30p per can !
At Montana Shop Nottingham, we inspect all our products before they are shipped out. If a product that we have sold you is defective, please return the item with proof of purchase and you will be contacted to rectify the problem either by replacement or refund.
